We currently deliver to most locations in Lagos including Mainland, Island (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki), and some areas in Ogun State. Orders to other states can be arranged with additional shipping costs.

Shipping costs depend on your location and the delivery method you choose:
Lagos Mainland
₦500 (Surulere, Yaba, Apapa, Mushin) • ₦1,000 (Ikorodu, Badagry) • ₦2,000 (Extended areas)
Lagos Island
₦1,500 (VI, Ikoyi) • ₦2,000 (Lekki, Epe) • ₦3,000 (Extended areas)

Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and assigned to a rider, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with order details
- SMS notification when rider is assigned
- Real-time tracking updates
- Estimated delivery time window
- Rider contact information
Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout, such as:
- "Leave at security gate if not home"
- Building directions and apartment number
- Gate codes and access details
- Preferred time window for delivery
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:
- Document the issue with photos/videos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and evidence
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days

- • Delivery is attempted once. Rescheduling incurs an additional fee.
- • Items must be inspected in presence of the delivery personnel.
- • Address accuracy is crucial; we cannot be responsible for wrong address deliveries.
- • During public holidays, delivery may take 1-2 extra days.
